Our service utilizes advanced machine learning algorithms and psychological insights to generate analysis reports. ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

2. Informational Purpose Only - No Legal Admissibility

CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: All analysis, reports, insights, predictions, assessments, evaluations, conclusions, recommendations, and any other output provided by Truthify (collectively, "Analysis Results") are for informational and educational purposes only. Users expressly understand and irrevocably agree that:

• Truthify's Analysis Results are NOT intended to be used as evidence in any legal proceeding, court, tribunal, arbitration, administrative hearing, or any other formal or informal dispute resolution process
• Analysis Results are NOT admissible in any court of law, administrative proceeding, or legal forum under any circumstances
• Analysis Results should NOT be relied upon for making legal, employment, contractual, financial, investment, or any other binding decisions
• Analysis Results are provided as general information for reference purposes only and do not constitute professional advice of any kind
• Truthify's assessments are experimental in nature and should not be considered definitive or conclusive

4. Complete Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

By using Truthify's services, users expressly agree that Truthify, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and any related entities (collectively, "Truthify Parties") are hereby COMPLETELY RELEASED, DISCHARGED, AND INDEMNIFIED from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, losses, costs, expenses, attorneys' fees, and any other consequences whatsoever related to:

• Analysis Results and their interpretation, use, or misuse
• Any decisions, actions, or inactions taken based on Truthify's Analysis Results
• Any damages, losses, injuries, or consequences arising from the use of our services
• Accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of Analysis Results
• Any legal, financial, personal, professional, or business consequences of using our analysis
• Any third-party reliance on Analysis Results
• Any claims arising from the use of our services in legal proceedings
• Any employment, hiring, firing, or personnel decisions based on our analysis
• Any business, investment, or financial decisions influenced by our services

5. User Representations and Warranties

Users represent, warrant, and covenant that they:

• Will use Truthify's Analysis Results for informational purposes only
• Will NOT rely on Analysis Results for legal, employment, or binding decisions
• Will consult appropriate professionals for important decisions
• Understand that Analysis Results are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose
• Accept full and sole responsibility for any actions taken based on our analysis
• Will NOT use Analysis Results in any legal proceeding or as evidence
• Will NOT hold Truthify responsible for any consequences of using our services
• Understand that Truthify's services are experimental and not scientifically validated

6. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

Truthify's analysis is based on available data, AI algorithms, and machine learning models that may contain errors, biases, or limitations. Results may vary significantly and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for any specific purpose. The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of accuracy, completeness, or reliability
• Warranties of non-infringement
• Any implied warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade

7. Maximum Liability Limitation

IN NO EVENT SHALL TRUTHIFY PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, PERSONAL INJURY, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TRUTHIFY'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Indemnification by User

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Truthify Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and attorneys' fees arising from or related to the user's use of Truthify's services, including but not limited to any claims by third parties who may be affected by the user's use of our Analysis Results.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Truthify is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this agreement or the use of Truthify's services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Complete Agreement and Acceptance

By checking the agreement checkbox and using Truthify's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by this End User Agreement in its entirety. You expressly understand that Truthify's analysis is for informational purposes only, is not admissible in any legal proceeding, and that Truthify Parties are completely released from any liability whatsoever related to the use of our services. This agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive understanding between you and Truthify regarding the use of our services.
